How do I book a session at Pride Thai Spa?+
You can book online using our booking form on the website, call us at +91 91641
06000, or message us on WhatsApp. We confirm your booking within 10 minutes.
Do I need to book in advance or can I walk in?+
Walk-ins are welcome, but we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time
slot — especially on weekends. Online bookings get priority confirmation.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?+
Yes! Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge. Simply call or
WhatsApp us at least 2 hours before your session and we will accommodate you.
Is there a prepayment required to book?+
No prepayment is required. You pay only when you arrive at the spa. We believe in making the
booking process as easy and trust-based as possible.
Services & Treatments
What is the difference between Thai Massage and Swedish Massage?+
Thai Massage is a dry massage focusing on stretching, acupressure and energy
lines. Swedish Massage uses oil and smooth strokes, primarily for muscle relaxation and lower
back pain relief.
Which massage is best for back pain?+
We recommend Deep Tissue Massage or Classic Swedish Massage
for back pain. Both target deep muscle layers and connective tissue to provide lasting relief.
Do you offer couples massage?+
Yes! Our Couple Massage allows two people to enjoy their sessions side-by-side
in the same room. Each person can choose a different massage type. Starting from ₹5,000.
What is the Premium and Luxury massage?+
Premium Massage is performed in our luxury private rooms and includes shower
massage, chocolate cream or wine treatment. Luxury Massage additionally includes a Jacuzzi
session. The ultimate luxury experience.
What is the Turkish Bath (Hammam) experience?+
Our Full Body Turkish Massage is a 3-step process performed by two therapists using foam, body
scrub and Jacuzzi shower. It deeply cleanses the skin and leaves you feeling completely refreshed.

Our services start from
₹2,400 for a 60-minute session. Prices vary by
treatment — from ₹2,400 for Lomi Lomi to ₹10,000 for the Luxury Massage. View full pricing on our

Do you have membership plans?+
Yes! We offer 6 membership plans — Basic (₹10,000) to Deluxe (₹1,00,000) — designed for regular
visitors. Members enjoy significant savings on Premium, Luxury and Turkish treatments.
How do I use the coupon code PTS10?+

Visiting the Spa
What should I wear for my massage?+
For oil massages, disposable undergarments are provided. For Thai Massage, comfortable loose
clothing is recommended. We provide everything you need — just come as you are!
How early should I arrive?+
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to complete a quick wellness
consultation and settle in before your session begins.
Is parking available near the spa?+
Yes, street parking is available near CMH Road. We are also close to Metro Pillar
77 (Indiranagar Metro Station) for easy access by public transport.
What are your opening hours?+
We are open 7 days a week, including all public holidays — from 10:00
AM to 10:00 PM. Walk-ins are welcome during all hours.

How is hygiene maintained at Pride Thai Spa?+
We follow medical-grade sanitisation after every session. Fresh linen,
sterilised tools and single-use organic products are used for every guest. Your safety is our top priority.
What oils do you use for massages?+
We use 100% certified organic essential oils — no synthetics, no harsh
chemicals. All our oils are safe for all skin types and carefully sourced for premium quality.
